Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your PlayWoodKid purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Once production has started or the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
